Sky have a wide range of movies for your choice on the box office this month, here are a list of some of them that will be playing.

This picture won the best picture award at the Oscars, and stars Javier Bardem as a ruthless merciless assassin who is hunting for another man who has robbed a stash of cash after a botched drug deal. Expect lots of violence from this thriller brought to you by the Coen brothers. No Country for old men premiers on Monday the 4th of August.

Underdog

This is a fresh twist on the superhero genre, which follows a failed police dog that turns into a super dog after a run in with a mad scientist. With special effects that will rival and superhero movie, its not long before you can see comparisons between Underdog and Superman, however this is a light family friendly movie which you would be barking mad to miss. Underdog premiers on sky box office on the 4th of August.

Juno

Juno

Premiers on skybox office on the 11th of august, it tells the story of a young school girl named Juno (Ellen Page) who is forced to grow up when she realises that her geeky best friend (Michael Cera) and her self are having a baby. She decides against an abortion and opts for finding the perfect adoptive parents. Juno auditions a childless couple (Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman) to see if they would fit the role for the perfect parents. Juno’s writer Diablo Cody won an Oscar for this picture and Ellen Page also received a nomination from the academy.

Cloverfield

When a gang of friends throw a surprise leaving party for one of their friends the last thing they expect is to be attacked by a giant monster that makes Godzilla look like a baby. Tremors, explosions and a rolling giant head from the statue of liberty will all be seen through the view point of a hand held camera, so you will feel every emotion that the cast portrays. Cleaner

Cleaner stars Samuel L Jackson as the retired cop who now cleans up gruesome crime scenes for a living. However in this instance everything goes wrong and a routine clean up turns into a murky thriller with many twists and turns along the way. Cleaner also premiers on the 11Th of August.

Jumper

Starring Hayden Christensen as a normal kid who falls through a frozen over river, where he thinks his life is going to end however he some how teleports into a near by library, not knowing how this happened he is eager to find out and once he can control his ability he uses it to rob banks, cars and anything he wants, but he’s not the only one with this ability and also there’s a group of people who don’t think normal humans should be able to do as they please. Samuel L Jackson also appears in this movie which premiers on the 18th of August.

Rambo IV

John Rambo returns once again and this time he’s more violent then ever. John Rambo slices and dices through the rainforest in Rambo’s latest outing. Rambo IV premiers on the 25th and you can read our review Here >>

There Will Be Blood

no country for old men

Daniel Day Lewis bagged an Oscar in this picture for Best Actor. The story follows Lewis as the business man that will stab anyone in the back for the love of Money, Power and mainly oil. There will be blood also premiers on the 25th.

take my advice and dont watch there will be blood thats one stupid dumbass film.
