The Dark Knight to be re-released.
Warner Bros have said that they aim to re release the dark knight in January 2009 so its still fresh in everyone's minds come Oscar time. To this date the dark knight is currently sitting in the 2nd spot of all time movie grosses in America, currently behind the box office monster the titanic; however with this re release it could be possible that the dark knight will be the one responsible for the sinking of the titanic and not an ice berg.
The DVD and Blu-ray Disc of The Dark Knight are expected to hit stores in December.
