20 years after the last instalment in the franchise John Rambo is back. He now lives in Thailand and works on a long boat on the Salween River. Near by the worlds longest civil war is entering its 60th year, John Rambo however as given up on fighting and sells fish and snakes to make a living.

This all changes though when Sarah (Julie Benz) and Michael Bennett (Paul Schulze) ask for Rambo to guide them up the river so that they can deliver so they can deliver medical supplies, food and bibles to one of the villages.

Two weeks later Arthur Marsh (Ken Howard) finds Rambo and tells him the missionaries did not return and that he's hired a group of mercenaries to bring them back. Although Rambo doesn't fight any more he agrees to take the mercenaries to where they need to go. What follows can only be described as a slaughter fest.

This film has lots and lots of violence and is quite fun to watch Rambo kill so many people however this movie may make first blood look like Bambi but its not a classic like Rambo's first outings.

Now for Mytvtalk.com no BS rating

Over all 'Rambo' is just full on violence for the full 90 minutes and it boasts a record braking 236 on screen kills. Rambo is worth watching due to the different types of deaths and the goriness of the film. Don't expect much however. Mytvtalk.com awards Rambo 3 out of 5 stars.
