Vantage point follows the story of a presidential assassination seen from 8 different 'vantage' points. We see the president's assassination from a news producer trying to cover the story, the secret services view trying to catch the shooter, a tourist's view who caught the whole thing on tape and some other views.
We never get to find out the reason for the assassination, probably because there is not enough time as the story only covers the same 23 minutes each time; however with each different view point we learn something new.

Some viewers may find this way of story telling annoying but fans of lost who will probably watch this movie because it stars Mathew Fox will be used to the style of gaining little answers slowly. However through gaining little answers slowly we are rewarded with some plot twists that are unexpected and there's also an excellent car chase that will be worth waiting for. Overall Vantage point is a good movie if you have the mental capacity to sit through the same story from different views. Vantage Point is awarded 4 stars out of 5
