Wall-E Movie Review
Wall-E
Directed by: Andrew Stanton
Review by Mytvtalk.com
Set some time in the 28th Century Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth Class or as we will know him Wall-E. Wall-E the only one of his kind that still works spends his time cleaning a deserted planet earth. The humans deserted the planet earth hundreds of years ago when It was being overrun with pollution, leaving the droids to clean up the mess, however this plan fails, and Wall-E is all that is left.
Wall-E lives in a rusty storage container where he likes to collect objects he finds while working, or if he is not sorting out these objects he loves to watch old movies in particular 'Hello, Dolly!' Wall-E's world is turned up side down though when another robot visits earth called EVE. Eve is sent by Humanity to find out if it is safe to return back home. Wall-E develops a crush on Eve, however Eve as a mighty temper and tends to blow up thing when angry which makes Wall-E fear for his life some times.
The first half of this movie is excellent, and is just as good as any other work Pixar has come up with, however when Wall-E's adventures take him away from the planet earth things become less enjoyable, having said that this movie is still very good and will be very enjoyable for all the family to watch.
The real magic of this movie comes from the amazing visuals and I would say Wall-E is the best example of Pixar's work to date. Everything from the destroyed and deserted planet Earth to the fat useless human beings looks amazing, another stroke of genius is how the mixture of the old movie 'Hello, Dolly!' and the CGI in this movie are entwined.
Now for Mytvtalk.com honest movie rating
This movie is perfect for all the members of the family and will be enjoyed by everyone who watches it. Wall-E isn't perfect as the humans are a little boring to watch but the breath taking visuals, storylines and the chemistry between the two robots Wall-E and Eve make up for this. Wall-E gets 4 stars out of 5
